How we are keeping Phenix Bothell a safe place for all of your Salon Services

We believe Phenix Bothell has the safest possible environment for Salon Services due to our inherent socially distant business model of private suites, and private one-on-one services. Above and beyond the inherent safe environment we are doing the following at Phenix Bothell.

  1. All Salon Professional & Phenix Bothell employees are required to stay at home if they are ill or have any risk factors for carrying COVID-19.
  2. We are requiring all clients to call and cancel appointments if they are ill or have any risk factors for carrying COVID-19.
  3. Every Salon Professional and Phenix employee is taking COVID-19 training prior to working at Phenix so they can recognize & mitigate the risks.
  4. Each Salon Business Owner & Phenix Bothell have developed and implemented plans & procedures specifically designed for maximum safety and cleanliness.
  5. Salon Professionals are washing their hands, cleaning their suites, and cleaning their equipment before and after every client.
  6. Phenix Bothell is cleaning & disinfecting all common areas within Phenix Bothell regularly with focus on high touch surfaces.
  7. Every Salon Professional and Phenix employee is wearing face masks in accordance with WA State recommendations.
  8. We are asking all clients to put on a facemask prior to entering Phenix Salon Suites and we are asking that they be prepared to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds prior to starting their service.
  9. We are advising clients to not plan on bringing other guests with them, unless they are bringing children younger than 16 for an appointment.
  10. Phenix Bothell has temporarily removed waiting benches in the hallways and has temporarily closed the waiting lounge so everyone can maintain social distancing inside Phenix Bothell.
  11. We are asking all clients to advise personal service providers via call, email, or text that they have arrived at the location for the appointment and are waiting for instructions to enter so they are not waiting in hallways.
  12. We are asking all clients to not use cash, and to use touchless payment methods as much as possible.
